Mango Terms of Service

Welcome to Mango. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mango mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by The Whaleford Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Mango, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mango is a social productivity platform that allows users to manage tasks, connect with others, participate in community features, and access productivity support tools.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You may post content such as messages, tasks, comments, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, or harmful
  • Harasses or threatens others
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains spam or malicious code

We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

5. Community Conduct

Mango is intended to be a supportive environment. You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or exploit other users
  • Impersonate others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal activities

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. No Medical or Professional Advice

Mango provides productivity and community support tools only.

The Service is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or need medical assistance, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

  • Fees will be billed through the applicable app store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Refunds are subject to app store policies

We may change pricing with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Beta Disclaimer

If you are using a beta version of Mango:

  • The Service may contain bugs
  • Features may change or be removed
  • Data loss may occur

Use at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
